Narasimha is the CEO of REdge Global. He is an Associate Member of ICAI and ICWAI, Narasimha also has CFA Level 2 accreditation. With academic specializations and 13 years rich industry experience he knows the core of finance from, analyzing investment ideas to global equity markets to budgeting, corporate finance and investment management. A member of “Value Investor Club”, his past associations include Value Fund Advisors and Thermax Ltd. He is a visionary, whose energy and professionalism trickles down to every member of REdge Global and the result is a strong motivated team inclined towards making customers happy.
Lavanya Varadhan
Lavanya is a Finance specialist and holds a Masters degree in Accounting. Her specialties’ include: International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP analysis, Financial Statement Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions. She owns the award of “Winning Service Provider” from US Embassy & World Bank (India) to her credit. She is a methodical individual with an everlasting zeal to learn and perform with exceptional time management skills.

Priyanka holds a Masters degree in Business Management with specialization in Finance and Marketing. Priyanka’s expertise areas include restructuring, debt extinguishmentand their impact, stock splits and qualitative research analysis in financial markets, with focus on US and Canadian stocks. Her pragmatic outlook distinguishes her as an independent professional who also works well with her teammates.
